Purchase and Activation Guide
Reminder before Purchasing Apple Watch Family eSIM:
  1. Please ensure your device meets the following requirement
    Smart Watch: Apple Watch Series 4 or later (with cellular) OR Apple Watch SE (with cellular and WatchOS 9.4 or later versions)
    Mobile Device: iPhone 6s or later models (with iOS 16.4 or later versions)
  2. Primary SIM has completed real-name registration successfully
  3. Primary SIM has sufficient stored value for related service charge

Turn on Bluetooth and hold your Apple Watch close to iPhone for connection
In "Set Up Apple Watch", select "Set Up for a Family Member" to start pairing

After pairing, open "Watch" App on iPhone and select "Mobile Service"

Click "Set Up Mobile Service"

Enter purchasing page and click "Continue"

Confirm your primary SIM number and enter "000000" as 3Care Password, then click "Login"

Choose your Apple Watch Family eSIM number and click "Confirm"

Read and tick to accept service package details, related terms and conditions. Then click "Confirm"

Wait for "Activation Successful" message and click "OK"

Return to Watch > "Mobile Service". If "Hutchison HK" is displayed in mobile plan, you can start to set up your Apple Watch eSIM network

Complete Real-name registration via Home > "Smart Watch" to activate your eSIM service, after logging in SoSIM primary SIM account
Terms and Conditions:
  1. Applicable to designated Apple Watch which can be paired with designated smartphone models and is compatible with designated iOS versions only.
  2. Each primary SIM account can apply for a maximum of 5 Apple Watch Family eSIMs.
  3. Please log in your primary SIM account to complete Real-name registration for smart watch eSIM to use the service (Home > Smart Watch), processing time can be up to 48 hours.
  4. Apple Watch will automatically download a smart watch eSIM and configure a supplementary mobile number after successful pairing of devices and purchase of eSIM.
  5. Each smart watch eSIM mobile number can only be paired up with one smart watch for using local voice and mobile data services. For switching to another smart watch, your smartphone must first be unpaired with the originally paired smart watch and then pair with another smart watch to continue to use the service.
  6. This service is available for local service only, not applicable to pay-as-you-go, travel and IDD services.
  7. If your primary SIM has been terminated, all smart watch eSIM services will be invalid and cannot be recovered.
  8. This service package will be auto-renewed on the expiry date. Please ensure there is sufficient stored value in your primary SIM account to continue the service. Otherwise, the service and number will be suspended upon expiry. If customers choose to terminate package manually before end date, all of the remaining package content and data usage will be forfeited instantly. Auto-renewal setting can be updated in Home > Smart Watch > Auto-renew after logging in.
  9. Our company is not the manufacturer of Apple products and does not guarantee or liable for the quality of the products and / or service provided by manufacturer / supplier.
  10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
      Our company does not guarantee:
    1. 10.1 the availability and accessibility of the service;
    2. 10.2 the speed at which information may be transmitted or received via the service; or
    3. 10.3 the compatibility of the service with any equipment or software that the customer uses.
    4. 10.4 the security of information which you may transmit or receive or
    5. 10.5 information that is stored on any device through use of the service. Customer is required to adopt appropriate security measure to ensure the security and confidentiality of your information when using the service.
